Designing a Brand Management System
Content Evolution redesigns the brand strategy and management system for NEC in Tokyo, Japan over a two-year period of time. NEC suffers from an explosion of business unit created sub-brands. Content Evolution creates a unique management system to help NEC transition to being a powerful masterbrand. Chartered by the NEC Chairman’s Office, all major headquarters functions are included in the formation of an NEC Brand Advisory Board providing governance for NEC brand planning and strategic activities.
